What Are Mouth Guards?

Mouth guards are made of poly copolymer clear thermoplastic, polyurethane and laminated thermoplastic. They typically go over the front of the top teeth, but, we will recommend some patients to also wear mouth guards on their bottom teeth.

There are three types of mouth guards available: stock mouth protectors, boil and bite mouth protectors and custom-fitted mouth protectors.
