Will the Tooth Fairy Still Visit if you Lose a Tooth during the Coronavirus Pandemic?
Dr. Kaveh’s son Declan has had a very LOOSE front tooth for quite some time now. In fact, today is his HALF birthday and he’s seven and a half years old. He was worried that due to the Safe at Home restrictions that perhaps the Tooth Fairy wouldn’t visit?!?
Dr. Kaveh explained that if anyone would be safe and smart it’s the Tooth Fairy.
“Do you know WHY the Tooth Fairy is so smart?” he asked Declan.
“Because she has ALL those wisdom teeth!” Ha ha ha!
Declan did end up losing his tooth yesterday after biting into a delicious s’more cookie that had just enough graham cracker crunchy goodness. He put his tooth under his pillow and wrote a note to the Tooth Fairy explaining that he’d like to keep his tooth versus her taking it. We weren’t sure if all she’d come?
Lucky for all us, there’s nothing that can’t be solved with a bit of magic and fairy dust!
When he woke up today, there was a $2 bill under his pillow and Declan was all smiles!
At Madison Smile Solutions, we were curious if the Tooth Fairy was taking any special precautions with travel bans, etc. Is the Tooth Fairy staying safe and how is she keeping busy during the Coronavirus Pandemic? We asked local artist, Jennika Bastian to help us imagine her. We do love this interpretation. It reminds us of a quote from Ronald Dahl-
“Those who don’t believe in magic will never find it.”
When he woke up today, there was a $2 bill under his pillow and Declan was all smiles even with one less tooth!
As a challenge please draw and email us and let us know- What the Tooth Fairy does will all those teeth?’
