We are so excited to sponsor the Tri 4 Schools Family Mud Run this weekend! Every year we sponsor the MOUTH FULL OF MUD PIT! Imagine running, jumping, dodging, weaving your way over and under obstacles while raising money for your school! We love Tri 4 Schools because it helps our kids and our schools plus it’s FUN!

Every child (or parent) that participates pays an entry fee but that full amount goes back to your school of choice for health and wellness equipment. Our kids have been doing both the triathlons and the mud run for years and truly look forward to it. In a recent conversation with their elementary school gym teacher that recently retired -she mentioned that her allowed budget hadn’t changed since she started! She mentioned it was something close to $1 per child due to school growth and budget cuts. When she received a check from Tri 4 Schools from the kids that participated, it finally allowed her creative juices to get going and get some much needed updates and enhancements for her physical education classes.

In this day in age, when we are all complaining about screen time and our kids not getting enough outside/recess time, I feel it is so valuable to sign them up for activities like the Tri 4 School events to help them set goals for themselves while helping their school.

We are having the packet pick up at our office later today for the event tomorrow. They are always looking for participants, volunteers, and donations. It’s a great organization that makes us SMILE to be affiliated with. https://tri4schools.org/
